ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY

Astro-English: from Astronese, the prefix astro-, denoting the astronomical, conjoined to the word theology, denoting the study of religious belief and divinity; meaning ‘studying the theological aspects of astronomical religion.’ Astrotheology is the root practice and root term for Astrotheism which is the system of various beliefs compiled together by Cometan to denote modern and contemporary religions, or religio-philosophical beliefs and ideas that are not categorisable as nor do they identify themselves as Astronistic, Astrological, Astrolatric or Archaeoastronistic.
